I've spent my New Year's Eve watching Disney's first Desi hero:

i always thought the first desi hero was Mogwaki from the jungle book (or Ballo, depending on whether you start using decimals or carrying remainders)

It's MOGLI from The Jungle Book and Bhallo, Mogli's friend, is a bear.

Dont remember specifics, but 10 years ago, I was 13, probably getting ready for my 9th exams. And, I think there was an AITA tournament I might’ve been training for.

Hey Anna, Happy new year. Wondered if you caught "Amanpour Reports" on CNN on 1/3/2010.

It dealt with the problem of child slavery and traficking in India. I felt both deeply ashamed and utterly helpless as I watched it.

I thought about your blog as a vehicle to spur discussion on this topic. If this is the wrong place and time, then I apologize.
