These are guys are terrific artists and people. All the profits from the 2009 Unification show in NYC were donated to Seeds of Peace (www.seedsofpeace.org), an organization that brings Indian and Pakistani youth to a summer camp in Maine where they learn to live with and humanize their enemy, and to become a force for peace in the world. I was glad to support Unifcation 2009 and am looking forward to Unification 2010.
I echo the comments above. These are guys are terrific artists and people. It was a heck of a show, especially considering that it straddled midnight in order to fall into both India and Pakistan's respective Independence Days (though, from what I understand, both should celebrate on midnight). They kept up the energy up through 1am and then invited the whole crowed to an afterparty celebration.

The show itself was funny and thoughtful. The space was an awesome theater on E. 13th St. near Union Square. Basically, it all worked out perfectly. I'm looking forward to hearing more from these guys, and I hope some of you will check out their work.
I saw these guys at UNIFICATION.
