Kush: I know you mean well but the above is kinda racist.

in the US, it would definitely be considered racist. maybe not as much in india a few years back. while i am not sure about the attitudes today, half a dozen years ago, i hardly ever remember even talking about chinese in any case in india. leave alone make derogatory comments. at that time, china was not on the radar like it is now.

it is like the discussion about "pakis" on another thread. in india, the word paki is neither racist nor derogatory in itself but just a short form. if i am not mistaken, cricket commentaries sometimes use the word too!

funny article. O! before i forget just a reminder on the tab the presentation could be better but the peking duck is still $770 a serving. the samosa appetizer had some zingy chitney but is a relative bargain at $50.
