Apparently, for migrant labourers from Bihar/UP, this is staple chai-time fare.</p> <p>Always wondered, why is Delhi like that? No other city in India is so bad when it comes to eve-teasing, rape(one every 12 hours), murder of women etc. A thorough psychological analysis of the male population of Delhi is needed to weed this out.</p> <p>M. It showed all these aunties in a padded dance studio learning how to take their dupattas and drape them over the attacker's neck, pull down and then knee them in the face.
