When I left, Queen’s had two organizations: ACSA (the African and Caribbean Students’ Association) and Caribsa (Caribbean Students’ Association.)

The former was … kind of an umbrella group, and included both Canadian and non-Canadian students. The latter was more or less kids on visa from the Caribbean.

Who knew Queens’ had African and Carribean students?

And THAT’S why the student orgs exist :) Queen’s has loads of international students, although recently the mix has skewed heavily towards Hong Kong Chinese kids.
