It’s pretty mild, IMO. The character does have a lot of moves specific to him and not the stereotypes.

This is a racist depiction of a south asian person. The rule of thumb in deciding whether or not something is racist, is to imagine if you were a person of that ethnicity.

Also, ask yourself the question: Does the humor in this (advertisment) rely solely on the depiction of an ethnic stereotype, or is there something funny about it otherwise. If you substituted Sanjeeb for a white person, with similar character traits, would it still be funny? I think not. The only thing that people are laughing about is the racist depiction of the character in question. Boycott pringles.
