I have now moved to the Middle East and see the otherside of things the Indians are mainly from India here but the uneducated ones like maids and waiters etc just suck up to white people and forget serving their own kind out here. If Indians are ever to succeed and move forward in life i guess they should just become more assertive and ask for more money so that they dont ruin their own name and their future generations. Indians should be proud from where they came from and their own culture. They shouldnt put on british or american accents.Just be yourself.

everybody is racist in this world some are more ignorant then others. Dont be ignorant open your eyes and see whats happening around you.The truth is the most important thing.

. Though in India, there are differences based on caste, religion and class, most of the population do not go through discriminations. Life is more of career thinking and education. There is a disciplined way of living in most of the population. In most cases, it is hard to find a poor girl to succumb to rich man’s desires.I have never heard of the word “SUGAR DADDY” and “SUGAR MOMMY” when I was in India. But in Namibia, I hear it as an issue. In particular, the black girls are the main sufferers. One must understand that it is due to low morals and desire to live the comforts as parasite.It is history that Indians were also colonized by British al most two centuries. But the indian way of living was not shattered by British culture. But what happened to Black people and coloured…the philosophy of ” Life is short and live it fully” has been understood by these people in a wrong way that they are in to alcohol and sex. Women have lost their pride. When I was talking to a black girl student, she describes herself as a “WHORE” which is evident that she has low-esteem about herself.It may not apply to all the black women.But most of them are like this. At the age of 16, a girl is telling that she can not live with out sex. Her understanding of life is to be counselled. It is a great wonder in this country if a man lives without a women for an year of time. And people ask you what’s your problem? Where as among Indians, such behaviour will be highly adored. In a party, i met with a pregnant women who is smoking and drinking with out thinking of how would it affect her child? Such irresponsible women are not available in Indian community.

whoever you are, i think you are engroved in fantasies, try to be objective and avoid bias India is not a developed country and indians are not different from other people from all over the world. these type of irresponsible young girls are all over the world, as long as as they are poor and try to get something into their lives, stop lying to people, i stay in France which beats India by far when it comes to development, organisation, economy and standard of living, but there are prostitutes and young girls like that do you want to tell us that Indians are not poor, irresponsible and they do not think about sex, why do they have a lot of children and bigger families if they do not think about sex. you did not love the african girl, you were just thinking about sex because you knew that your family wont accept a black girl, when you talk of “family values” do you mean forced marriages backed by parental dictatorship and cultural oppressions, where an indian girl is forced to marry a family friend whom she doesnt even love and told that love will happen in due cause we know all those things but as Africans who do not believe in forced marriages, we are changing that, it is a good value in life to have freedom of who you want to marry, what you call discipline and family values is a cultural oppression try to think critically before you say something, what you did to the african girl and all the things you are saying against her, do you think that are family values? do you think Indians live in an accessible place where the world do not see what they do everyday go to Limpopo province, south africa, Thohoyandou town, you will find Indians who impregnate young Venda girls and abandon them, do you call that family values? how many black people do you know who are married to Indian girls? why? Indians refuse to give their daughters to black man, the poor girls would not even dare go out with a black guy because their parents would menace them,and because they are reserved for a family friend try to research and dont generalise your experience, next time ok Vijay, the regulated and disciplined lifestyle of many Indians is something to be admired, I agree. However, I’m surprised to hear that such behaviour as written above is found in Africa. Were it written about the US, I would not be surprised, but I thought that African people in Africa were much more in touch with their cultural roots and traditions. I’m surprised to hear that they are living largely undisciplined and directionless lives.

whether south african indians prefer apartheid or not, the truth is on one hand, yes SEVERAL indians prefer it, only and only those who believe that it would serve them well and take their interests into consideration better than what the current ANC government is doing for them. And of course Indians who think only for themselves as a racial group, those who do not feel affected when they see a man of another colour and race being menaced, obviously they do not have humanity and sympathy, then obviously this group of Indians prefer apartheid

on the other hand, South african indians who do not want to rank their spirits with the barbarous multitudes of their own, do not prefer Apartheid. those who have real human hearts of humanity, peace and love in the world regardless of colour, race, language, class, culture and historical background, and obviously those who feel that the current south african government treats them bether than the Apartheid government, thats logical, those who currently have good posts in the south african government are not interested in the come back of Apartheid

i am a black journalist currently working in France but going to work back in south africa in May i have a south african indian collegue here but i do not care bout her race and her origin, she is a south african just like me and even if she prefers apartheid or not,,i would not generalise the experience

please,i see that some of you are just attacking each other with the influence of race, cultures and origins, lets have sound and sensible, constructive and beneficial arguments to solve our problems

i believe that some of you are still young and do not really analyse things before they talk, an argument is not a personal fight, try to be objective and intellectually fair
