  • Groups were asked about what communities they were working with and those that they would like to.
  • All the groups surveyed are working with the Indian community.
  • Most are working with the Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities and 2/3 with Sri Lankan.
  • Communities groups also stated they would like to work with include Tibetan and Bhutani.
  • Some groups worked with Middle, Upper and mixed and low income communities.  Three quarters are working with low income and half with homeless communities.
  • Most are working with US citizens, residents and visa holders.  Over half are working with refugees and undocumented communities.
  • Finally, groups are working with GBLT but less with transgender communities.

Reason given for not working with certain communities were not having access to or not have participation from that community.  Or because they did not have the necessary staffing.
